"I’ve been with Jolene at State Farm since 2020. A friend actually put me on to her agency. The staff there is amazing and so is Jolene herself. They go above and beyond when it comes to my needs and they aren’t about trying to make the sale. They tell you straight up what to expect.

Ive had 3 or 4 accidents since my switch (all but 1 weren’t my fault) and they literally were there to answer all of my questions and even let me know about what is effecting my rate when it increases.

I tell everybody close to me when they’re shopping for insurance to call Jolene’s Office, because honestly, I’ve had the best experience with them from shopping around, to moving, and even purchasing new cars.

And for busy people or those who hate having to leave the house, I think I’ve only had to go in person maybe 3 times.
